1.1. Connector 360 is a cloud-based integration and automation platform that helps Customers connect third-party services, receive data from external platforms, process such data, and transfer it to CRM systems, dashboards, APIs, or other authorized business systems.

1.2. Connector 360 may integrate with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoom, Telegram, CRM systems, advertising platforms, communication platforms, and analytics systems.

1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • c. Connector 360 APIs, integrations, webhooks, dashboards, and automation services;
  • d. account registration, billing, support, and service communications;
  • e. data processed through connected third-party integrations.

2. Roles: Controller and Processor

2.1. Connector 360 may act as a data controller when we process data for our own purposes, such as account registration, billing, security, analytics, website operation, support, legal compliance, and service improvement.

2.2. Connector 360 may act as a data processor when we process Customer Data on behalf of a Customer, such as leads, comments, advertising statistics, CRM records, messages, files, or other data imported from third-party platforms and transferred to Customer systems.

2.3. The Customer is responsible for determining the legal basis for processing Customer Data and for obtaining all required consents, permissions, and authorizations from end users, leads, employees, customers, agents, or other data subjects.

3. Information We Collect

3.1. Account and Identity Data

When you create or use a Connector 360 account, we may collect:

  • a. first and last name;
  • b. email address;
  • c. phone number;
  • d. company name;
  • e. job title or role;
  • f. username or similar identifier;
  • g. password or authentication data;
  • h. user role and permissions;
  • i. administrator status;
  • j. profile settings.

3.2. Contact and Billing Data

If you subscribe to a paid service, request support, or enter into a business relationship with us, we may collect:

  • a. billing address;
  • b. company registration information;

  • g. ad account identifiers and campaign identifiers;
  • h. CRM fields and lead statuses;
  • i. meeting or webinar metadata;
  • j. email metadata or content, where explicitly authorized;

  • l. synchronization status, delivery result, and error data.

3.6. Customer Data

Customer Data may include:

  • a. leads;
  • b. contacts;
  • c. names;
  • d. phone numbers;
  • e. email addresses;
  • f. comments;
  • g. messages;
  • h. campaign data;
  • i. form submissions;
  • j. CRM records;
  • k. sales funnel statuses;

4. Data Received from Specific Third-Party Platforms

4.1. Meta/Facebook/Instagram

If you connect Meta, Facebook, or Instagram integrations, Connector 360 may process data such as:

  • a. Facebook Page or Instagram account identifiers;
  • b. Business Manager or ad account metadata;
  • c. lead form data;
  • d. comments from posts and advertisements;
  • e. campaign, ad set, and ad identifiers;
  • f. lead counts and advertising metrics;
  • g. access token metadata;
  • h. webhook events;
  • i. data required to provide auto-reply, synchronization, analytics, or CRM transfer functionality.

Connector 360 does not use Meta data for unauthorized profiling, resale, or advertising unrelated to the Customer’s requested integration.

4.2. LinkedIn

If you connect LinkedIn integrations, Connector 360 may process data such as:

  • a. organization or ad account metadata;
  • b. lead generation form submissions;
  • c. campaign identifiers;
  • d. lead form identifiers;
  • e. lead fields authorized by the Customer;
  • f. synchronization logs and delivery statuses.

4.3. Google / Gmail / Google Workspace

If you connect Google services, Connector 360 may process data depending on the permissions granted, such as:

  • a. Google account profile data;
  • b. email address;
  • c. workspace or organization identifiers;
  • d. Gmail metadata or content, where explicitly authorized;
  • e. calendar, file, contact, or other workspace data only if the relevant integration is enabled and authorized.

Connector 360 will use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are clearly connected to the requested functionality. Connector 360 does not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising.

4.4. Zoom

If you connect Zoom integrations, Connector 360 may process data such as:

  • a. user or account identifiers;
  • b. meeting or webinar metadata;
  • c. participant information, where authorized;
  • d. registration data;
  • e. recordings or transcripts only if explicitly enabled and authorized;
  • f. synchronization logs and delivery statuses.

5. How We Use Information

We use personal data and Customer Data for the following purposes:

  • a. to create and manage user accounts;
  • b. to provide Connector 360 services;
  • c. to connect and maintain integrations;
  • d. to receive, process, and transfer data between third-party platforms and Customer systems;
  • e. to authenticate users and integrations;
  • f. to store and refresh access tokens;
  • g. to deliver data to CRM systems, APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or other authorized destinations;
  • h. to display synchronization statuses, logs, and errors;
  • i. to provide customer support;
  • j. to improve service reliability, performance, and security;
  • k. to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
  • l. to comply with legal obligations;
  • m. to send service notifications, security alerts, and administrative messages;
  • n. to manage billing, plans, and subscriptions;
  • o. to analyze aggregated and anonymized service usage.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on the context and applicable law, we may process personal data based on:

  • b. legitimate interests, including service operation, security, fraud prevention, support, and improvement;

  • e. Customer instructions, where Connector 360 acts as a data processor.

7. OAuth Tokens and Credentials

7.1. To operate integrations, Connector 360 may store access tokens, refresh tokens, scopes, token expiration dates, webhook secrets, API keys, or other authorization credentials.

7.2. Tokens are used only to provide the integration functionality authorized by the Customer.

7.3. Connector 360 does not sell, share, or disclose access tokens to unauthorized third parties.

7.4. Customers may disconnect integrations, revoke permissions, or request deletion of integration credentials through available settings or by contacting support.

7.5. If a token expires, is revoked, or becomes invalid, the integration may stop working until reauthorized.

8. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

8.1. We do not sell personal data.

8.2. We do not share personal data with third parties for their independent direct marketing purposes.

8.3. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate Connector 360, such as:

  • a. hosting providers;
  • b. cloud infrastructure providers;
  • c. database providers;
  • d. email delivery providers;
  • e. payment processors;
  • f. analytics providers;
  • g. customer support tools;
  • h. security and monitoring providers;
  • i. subcontractors that help operate the Service.

9.1. Connector 360 may store and process data in data centers located in the European Union, the United States, or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.

9.3. The exact storage location may depend on the Customer’s plan, selected region, infrastructure provider, and technical architecture.

10. Data Retention

10.1. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

10.2. Customer Data is retained according to the Customer’s account settings, subscription plan, technical requirements, legal obligations, backup policies, and applicable data processing agreement.

10.3. Integration logs, API logs, webhook logs, synchronization statuses, and error records may be retained for troubleshooting, audit, security, and operational purposes.

10.4. After account deletion or termination, we may delete or anonymize Customer Data within a reasonable period, unless longer retention is required by law, security obligations, backup retention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.

11. Data Deletion and Revocation

11.1. Customers may request deletion of their account, Customer Data, connected integration data, or personal data by contacting us.

11.2. Users may disconnect third-party integrations through available settings or by revoking access directly from the third-party platform.

11.3. If an integration is disconnected, Connector 360 will stop receiving new data from that integration unless it is reconnected.

11.4. Data already transferred to the Customer’s CRM, systems, or third-party destinations may remain in those systems and is controlled by the Customer or the respective third party.

12. Security

12.1. Connector 360 uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data and Customer Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

12.2. These measures may include:

  • a. access control;
  • b. role-based permissions;
  • c. encryption in transit;
  • d. secure token storage;
  • e. logging and monitoring;
  • f. network security controls;
  • g. backup procedures;
  • h. least-privilege access principles;
  • i. administrative controls;

12.3. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials, devices, API keys, webhook secrets, CRM credentials, and third-party account access.

13. Children’s Privacy

Connector 360 is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

14. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Customers are responsible for:

  • b. informing end users, leads, customers, employees, and other individuals about data processing;
  • c. maintaining their own privacy policy;
  • d. configuring integrations correctly;
  • e. managing user access and permissions;
  • f. ensuring CRM endpoints and receiving systems are secure;
  • g. complying with third-party platform policies;
  • h. responding to data subject requests where the Customer acts as controller.

16. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

16.1. Connector 360 may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to operate the website and application.

16.2. We may use such technologies to:

  • a. keep users logged in;
  • b. remember preferences;
  • c. secure sessions;
  • d. analyze website usage;
  • e. improve performance;
  • f. prevent fraud and abuse;
  • g. support marketing analytics, where permitted.

17. Analytics and Product Improvement

18.2. AI-assisted features may process Customer Data only to provide the requested functionality.

18.3. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving automated responses, AI recommendations, and communication workflows before using them in production.

18.4. Customers must ensure that AI-assisted processing complies with applicable law, platform rules, and internal policies.

19. Third-Party Links and Services

19.1. Connector 360 may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, APIs, applications, or documentation.

19.2. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, security, content, or data processing.

19.3. You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services you connect to Connector 360.

20. Changes to this Privacy Policy

20.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

20.2. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-app notice, or website notice.
