Attention: By accessing or using the Connector 360 website, application, integrations, APIs, services, and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not access or use Connector 360.
1. Description of the Services; Acceptance of these Terms
1.1. These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you, an individual acting on your own behalf or on behalf of a legal entity (“Customer”, “you”, “your”, or “User”), and Connector 360 (“Connector 360”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your access to and use of our website, application, APIs, integrations, connectors, automation tools, dashboards, and related services.
1.2. Connector 360 is a cloud-based integration and automation platform that allows Customers to connect third-party services, receive and process data from external platforms, and transfer such data to CRM systems, internal systems, dashboards, or other authorized destinations.
1.3. Connector 360 may provide integrations with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoom, Telegram, messengers, advertising platforms, CRM systems, analytics systems, and other available services.
1.4. Connector 360 does not own, control, or operate third-party platforms. Access to third-party platforms is provided only through official APIs, OAuth authorization, application permissions, access tokens, webhooks, or other mechanisms made available by such third-party providers.
1.5. By accessing or using Connector 360, creating an account, connecting an integration, authorizing access to a third-party service, or using our APIs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
1.6. We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Connector 360 after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Provision of Services. User Obligations
2.1. You agree to use Connector 360 only for lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, platform policies, data protection requirements, and the terms of third-party services that you connect to Connector 360.
2.2. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Connector 360, connected accounts, imported data, exported data, automated actions, and communications comply with applicable laws, industry regulations, advertising rules, platform policies, privacy requirements, and consent requirements.
2.3. Connector 360 is not responsible for any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform terms committed by you, your users, your administrators, your employees, your contractors, or any third party acting on your behalf.
2.4. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, consents, licenses, and legal grounds to connect third-party accounts, access data, process data, transfer data to CRM systems, use automation workflows, and authorize Connector 360 to perform actions on your behalf.
3. Use of the Services
3.1. You agree not to access or attempt to access Connector 360 by any means other than through the interfaces, APIs, integrations, or tools provided or authorized by Connector 360.
3.2. You agree not to:
- a. disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with Connector 360 or connected third-party services;
- b. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, token, integration, data, or API;
- c. use Connector 360 to collect, process, or transfer data without proper authorization;
- d. reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or exploit Connector 360 without written permission;
- e. use Connector 360 for spam, fraud, phishing, scraping in violation of platform rules, unauthorized surveillance, or unlawful marketing;
- f. bypass rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, or platform limitations;
- g. use another user’s account, credentials, tokens, or connected integrations without permission.
3.3. Any action performed through your account, administrator account, API key, access token, webhook, or connected integration will be considered performed by you or on your behalf.
4. User Account. Customer Account. Administrator
4.1. To use Connector 360, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
4.2. A Customer Account is a workspace, tenant, portal, or environment created for a Customer within Connector 360. A Customer Account may include users, administrators, integrations, access tokens, settings, logs, connector configurations, CRM endpoints, billing data, and processed business data.
4.3. The Administrator is a user who has administrative privileges within a Customer Account. The Administrator may be able to:
- a. invite and remove users;
- b. assign roles and permissions;
- c. connect or disconnect third-party integrations;
- d. authorize OAuth access;
- e. configure webhooks, API endpoints, and CRM destinations;
- f. view logs and synchronization statuses;
- g. manage billing and subscription settings;
- h. delete the Customer Account or request deletion of data.
4.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, access tokens, refresh tokens, webhook secrets, and connected account credentials.
4.5. You must notify Connector 360 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, tokens, integrations, or Customer Account.
4.6. User accounts may not be shared by multiple individuals unless explicitly supported by Connector 360 functionality and permitted by your subscription plan.
5. Third-Party Integrations and Platform Access
5.1. Connector 360 allows Customers to connect third-party services. These integrations may require authorization through OAuth, API keys, webhooks, service accounts, tokens, or other authentication methods.
5.2. When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Connector 360 to access, receive, process, store, transmit, synchronize, display, and/or act on data from that service according to the permissions you grant.
5.3. Depending on the integration and permissions granted, Connector 360 may process data such as:
- a. leads from lead forms;
- b. comments from organic posts or paid advertisements;
- c. advertising statistics and campaign metrics;
- d. messages or communication metadata, where permitted;
- e. profile, page, account, business, or organization metadata;
- f. meeting, webinar, or event data;
- g. email metadata or content, where explicitly authorized;
- h. CRM records, statuses, and synchronization results;
- i. logs, errors, delivery statuses, and integration events.
5.4. Connector 360 will only request permissions that are necessary for the operation of the selected integration or feature.
5.5. You acknowledge that third-party platforms may change, restrict, suspend, review, or revoke API access, permissions, application approvals, tokens, features, pricing, or data availability at any time. Connector 360 is not liable for interruptions, limitations, or data unavailability caused by third-party platforms.
5.6. You are responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms, developer policies, advertising policies, platform rules, rate limits, privacy policies, and data processing requirements.
5.7. Connector 360 may suspend or disable an integration if we believe that its use violates these Terms, applicable laws, third-party platform policies, security requirements, or may create risk to Connector 360, the Customer, users, or third parties.
6. User Content and Customer Data
6.1. “Customer Data” means any data, content, files, records, messages, leads, comments, contacts, analytics, integration settings, CRM data, or other information uploaded to, imported into, transmitted through, or processed by Connector 360 on behalf of the Customer.
6.2. Customer retains all rights to Customer Data. Connector 360 does not claim ownership of Customer Data.
6.3. You grant Connector 360 a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, process, store, transmit, display, and use Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services, operate integrations, troubleshoot issues, improve security, maintain logs, comply with legal obligations, and support the Customer.
6.4. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, reliability, and integrity of Customer Data.
6.5. You represent and warrant that:
- a. you have the legal right to provide Customer Data to Connector 360;
- b. you have obtained all required consents and permissions;
- c. Customer Data does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws;
- d. processing Customer Data through Connector 360 is lawful.
6.6. Connector 360 may process personal data of end users, leads, customers, employees, agents, contractors, and other individuals only on behalf of the Customer and according to the Customer’s instructions, except where Connector 360 acts as an independent controller for its own account, billing, security, analytics, or legal compliance purposes.
7. API Endpoints, Webhooks, and Automation
7.1. Connector 360 may provide API endpoints, webhooks, automation workflows, and integration logic for transferring data between third-party platforms and Customer systems.
7.2. You are responsible for the correctness and security of destination URLs, CRM endpoints, access credentials, webhook secrets, API keys, and receiving systems.
7.3. Connector 360 is not responsible for data loss, duplication, incorrect routing, failed delivery, or unauthorized access caused by incorrect Customer configuration, expired credentials, revoked permissions, third-party downtime, CRM API errors, or Customer-side system failures.
7.4. You must not use Connector 360 APIs or webhooks to perform unlawful actions, overload systems, bypass platform restrictions, or transmit malicious code.
8. Support and Customer Care
8.1. Connector 360 may provide customer support through available channels, including email, support forms, in-app support, documentation, or other communication methods.
8.2. Support availability, response time, and service level may depend on the Customer’s subscription plan or separate agreement.
8.3. Connector 360 may access limited technical information, logs, integration statuses, and configuration data when necessary to provide support, troubleshoot errors, investigate incidents, or maintain the Service.
9. Fees and Payment
9.1. Access to Connector 360 may be provided under free, trial, paid, custom, or enterprise plans.
9.2. Paid plans, billing cycles, limits, fees, and included features are defined on the website, in the application, in an invoice, order form, or separate agreement.
9.3. Connector 360 may change prices, plans, included features, limits, or billing terms with prior notice where required by law or agreement.
9.4. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
9.5. If payment is overdue, Connector 360 may suspend or restrict access to paid features, integrations, API usage, synchronization, or Customer Account functionality.
9.6. Third-party platforms may charge their own fees. Connector 360 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party services connected by the Customer.
10. Term and Termination
10.1. These Terms remain in effect while you access or use Connector 360.
10.2. You may stop using Connector 360 at any time. An Administrator may request deletion or termination of the Customer Account according to available account settings or by contacting support.
10.3. Connector 360 may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- a. you violate these Terms;
- b. your use creates security, legal, operational, reputational, or platform compliance risks;
- c. payment is overdue;
- d. a third-party provider suspends or revokes required access;
- e. we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or platform policy.
10.4. Upon termination, your right to use Connector 360 stops immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those related to intellectual property, data protection, limitations of liability, indemnification, payment obligations, dispute resolution, and confidentiality.
11. Additional Functions, Extensions, and Third-Party Materials
11.1. Connector 360 may provide additional features, modules, connectors, extensions, AI tools, dashboards, reports, or automation scenarios.
11.2. Some features may be provided by Connector 360, while others may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, infrastructure, or service providers.
11.3. Connector 360 may include links to third-party websites, documentation, applications, platforms, or materials. Such links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
11.4. Connector 360 is not responsible for third-party materials, services, websites, policies, downtime, data processing, or security practices.
12. AI and Automated Responses
12.1. Connector 360 may include features that help analyze comments, leads, messages, or other data and may suggest automatic responses, classifications, tags, routing decisions, or workflow actions.
12.2. AI-generated suggestions are provided for assistance only. The Customer is responsible for reviewing, approving, configuring, and monitoring any automated response or action.
12.3. Connector 360 does not guarantee that AI-generated responses, classifications, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, appropriate, lawful, or suitable for every situation.
12.4. You are responsible for ensuring that automated replies, marketing messages, lead processing, and customer communications comply with applicable laws, consent requirements, advertising rules, platform policies, and internal company policies.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1. Connector 360, including its software, design, source code, interfaces, workflows, documentation, logos, trademarks, service marks, databases, APIs, and other materials, is owned by Connector 360 or its licensors.
13.2. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Connector 360 or any intellectual property rights.
13.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Connector 360 unless expressly permitted in writing.
14. Feedback
14.1. If you provide suggestions, ideas, feature requests, improvements, or feedback, you grant Connector 360 the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
15. Warranties and Disclaimers
15.1. Connector 360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
15.2. Connector 360 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all third-party platforms, or available at all times.
15.3. Connector 360 does not guarantee that any third-party integration, API, token, permission, webhook, or data source will remain available, approved, or unchanged.
15.4. Connector 360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of data received from third-party platforms.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Connector 360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, leads, customers, or opportunities.
16.2. Connector 360 shall not be liable for damages caused by:
- a. third-party platform outages or API changes;
- b. revoked permissions or expired tokens;
- c. incorrect Customer configuration;
- d. unauthorized access caused by Customer-side credential leakage;
- e. CRM endpoint errors;
- f. duplicate or failed synchronization;
- g. platform rate limits or restrictions;
- h. Customer’s unlawful or unauthorized processing of data.
17. Indemnification
17.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connector 360, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- a. your use of Connector 360;
- b. your violation of these Terms;
- c. your violation of laws or third-party platform policies;
- d. your Customer Data;
- e. your connected integrations;
- f. your automated actions or communications;
- g. your failure to obtain required consents or permissions.
18. Data Protection
18.1. Connector 360 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
18.2. The Customer is responsible for determining the lawful basis for processing Customer Data and for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
18.3. Connector 360 may act as a data processor for Customer Data and as a data controller for account, billing, security, website, and service administration data.
18.4. Connector 360 applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
19. Suspension and Deletion of Account
19.1. Connector 360 may suspend or delete a User Account or Customer Account if:
- a. the account violates these Terms;
- b. the account creates security or legal risk;
- c. payment obligations are not fulfilled;
- d. the account uses integrations in violation of platform rules;
- e. the account is inactive for an extended period;
- f. required third-party permissions are revoked.
19.2. Upon deletion, Connector 360 may delete or anonymize Customer Data according to its Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup retention rules, and data processing agreements.
20. Electronic Communications
20.1. You agree that Connector 360 may communicate with you electronically, including by email, in-app notifications, website notices, or support messages.
20.2. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
21. Force Majeure
21.1. Connector 360 is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, strikes, internet outages, hosting provider failures, government actions, third-party API outages, or changes in platform policies.
22. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
22.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
22.2. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations.
